Been living at the Bravern for a few weeks now and my experience has been great. The leasing process was very smooth and ... quick. Proper pictures and videos of my selected unit/floor plan were provided to me. The move-in process was great as well. They allow an elevator to be reserved during the move-in and also provide carts and dollies to help transport heavy stuff. The package handling is great. Smaller packages can be received in a package locker and bigger ones can be left with the concierge who are kind enough to drop them at doorstep in the evenings. The building and amenities are in great shape and maintained well. The location is amazing and right next to the upcoming east side metro. The size and quality of apartments, appliances is great. A/C is a welcome bonus. Only thing which I wish could have been better are the amenities which are not that great compared to several other places in Seattle, Bellevue for the price. This most recent maintenance event was with the Chiiller unit going out. We noticed the heat levels going up quickly and ... notified maintenance via phone, online, and the emergency number. Living at The Bravern is truly worth a five star rating! Why? I will start with the Shops at The Bravern...Step out of the ... building and walk right into many of the worlds most prestigious shops including Hermes, Prada, Neiman Marcus, Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, Tods, Bottega Veneta and Moncler. Four blocks away you will find Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square (where you will find the elegant W Hotel), and Bellevue Place, with more than 200 shops including a fantastic Nordstrom, Tiffany, Burberry, Montblanc, Zara, Uniqlo, Microsoft & Apple, and every other shop you would expect to find in a nice big mall, 80 restaurants and cafes, and nightlife. Located in two very beautiful Towers, The Residences at The Braven range from small to very large and depending on which way yours faces you will have a view of the Cascade Mountains including Mount Rainier (our local sleeping volcano) and dense evergreen forests or Lake Washington, downtown Seattle with the Space Needle and the Olympic Mountains. The neighborhood includes wonderful small restaurants from most of the cultures of the world you can walk to. Mingled in with the Shops at The Bravern you will find John Howie Steak and The Chocolate Loungeyummy! Need to get some place in the greater Seattle area (including downtown Seattle) fast? No worries! The Bravern sits beside Interstate Highways going every which direction (and one of them will take you a few miles to another Interstate) and you can't hear the cars because The Bravern is so beautifully built! The Bravern has been home for for five years now, and there couldnt be a better place to live in Downtown Bellevue. The apartment ... is stunning - from top tier appliances, quality hardwood floors, functional layout, to the sweeping views. The community is beautiful and maintained with great care. The concierge is very helpful and always willing to help. During the pandemic, most amenities had to be shut down, but the staff has made great efforts to show that they are still here and care about their residents by establishing a virtual fitness program partnership with nFinate, surprise chipotle buritto lunch offerings and cold brew too! When available, the greenhouse and movie room are perfect for hosting, the sauna is luxurious and perfect for relaxing, and the gym has everything you need for a good workout.
