The Bravern has been home for for five years now, and there couldnt be a better place to live in Downtown Bellevue. The apartment ... is stunning - from top tier appliances, quality hardwood floors, functional layout, to the sweeping views. The community is beautiful and maintained with great care. The concierge is very helpful and always willing to help. During the pandemic, most amenities had to be shut down, but the staff has made great efforts to show that they are still here and care about their residents by establishing a virtual fitness program partnership with nFinate, surprise chipotle buritto lunch offerings and cold brew too! When available, the greenhouse and movie room are perfect for hosting, the sauna is luxurious and perfect for relaxing, and the gym has everything you need for a good workout. This is a note to compliment our amazing maintenance team, at The Bravern, Windsor communities, Bellevue, WA. They are the ... most energetic and hardest professionals I have ever come across. Recently, I had a problem with my smoke alarm; the maintenance team took care of it within a few hours while dealing with COVID-19. And I requested the technician to drop off a check at the leasing office and he took care of it without having a second thought. Water Service delivered two heavy water jugs by the concierge desk while I was sick.
